Finley Design Services was established in July of 1993. Since our inception, we have strived to become the leading supplier of Load Boards, Probe Cards and D.U.T. Boards for the ATE industry. Our time and sucess in the industry along with our quality reputation has shown that we are indeed a leader. Through the years, we have developed a highly experienced staff in the back end test and assembly market.
